About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote IT services and products
2. Handle customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions or information
3. Maintain a database of customer interactions and follow up as needed
4. Meet daily/weekly call and lead generation targets
5. Collaborate with the sales and technical teams for seamless lead handover
Requirements:
1. Only female candidates
2. Prior telecalling or customer support experience in any industry (preferably IT)
3. Strong communication skills with fluency in English
4. Basic knowledge of IT services will be a plus
5. Good interpersonal and persuasion skills
Languages: Telugu – Preferred, Hindi – Manageable, English – Fluent (Mandatory)
