About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Make outgoing calls to potential customers and generate leads for our real estate projects
2. Communicate effectively in both Hindi and English to build rapport and address customer inquiries
3. Provide detailed information about our residential and commercial properties, guiding customers through the buying process
4. Maintain a database of potential customers, updating their contact information and preferences regularly
5. Follow up with leads to nurture relationships, answer questions, and schedule appointments for site visits
6. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of leads and provide them with necessary customer insights
7. Achieve and exceed monthly targets by consistently closing sales, contributing to the company's growth and success
Requirements:
1. Proficiency in spoken Hindi and written English is essential
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers effectively
3. Strong persuasion and negotiation skills to convert leads into sales
4. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
5. Detail-oriented with excellent follow-up skills
6. Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
7. Prior experience in telecalling or sales is preferred
