About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Provide empathetic, solution-oriented consultations, helping users with their queries and fostering long-term relationships
2. Track user journey, follow up for re-engagement, and help build loyalty
3. Identify and address user and app-related issues, channeling them to the relevant teams with possible solutions for continuous improvement
4. Conduct live consultation sessions with users via the LG Partner App, using video face-to-face presence
5. Create, script, and shoot engaging content (videos, reels, posts) for LifeGuru’s social media platforms, including Instagram and YouTube
