Key responsibilities:

1. Initiate contact with potential customers (schools/colleges/institutions) through cold calls and online mediums.
2. Assist in identifying and engaging prospective customers.
3. Visit schools, colleges, and institutions for meetings or demos.
4. Support the sales team with lead generation and follow-ups.
5. Respond to inquiries and provide information about products or services.
6. Explain technical specifications and benefits of solutions to customers.
7. Help prepare quotes, proposals, and product presentations.
8. Maintain sales records and update CRM tools.
9. Provide support during industry conferences or promotional events (if applicable).
10. Work closely with marketing teams to align strategies.
11. Collaborate with customer support and product teams to address customer needs.
12. Work towards achieving sales targets and goals set by the company.
