About the Job
To develop new customers from (hotel/restaurant/cafe/bakery), ultimately convert them into customers, and continue to grow the business in the future.Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify, approach, and convert new business opportunities in the hotel, cafe and restaurant space
2. Drive revenue growth by developing and expanding the customer base for both existing and new products
3. Maintain and grow key accounts, ensuring long-term relationship building and account profitability
4. Conduct market research to monitor competitor activities, industry developments, and customer trends in assigned segments
5. Share regular updates and market insights with senior management to support strategic planning
6. Represent the company in a highly professional manner at trade shows, exhibitions, industry events, and client meetings
7. Maintain strict confidentiality of commercial information, client data, and business strategies
8. Have practical knowledge of handling social media marketing
9. Make calls to clients and explain the company's products
