About the Job
Key Responsibilities:1. Working alongside multiple points of contact from the client side to understand the different requirements and alignment of the business goals.
2. Handling communication within multiple teams internally to keep the perfect harmony and operating rhythm going to achieve the planned numbers across channels.
3. Be the voice of the client to drive the business numbers with complete ownership
4. Align business objectives to optimize the team's effort to set the right expectation and deliver excellence in terms of the set goals.
5. Understand the limitations, identify the opportunities and threats in the business to have plans aligned with the same.
6. Have the business objective well defined to deliver the set goals across channels and multiple teams, with growing the client's business, exploring new opportunities, and new channels.
7. Own the scope of work to keep the internal and external stakeholders in tandem.
8. Take the CATKing Digital portfolio, Pan India, collaborating and partnering with new clients.
