Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic professional to join our team as an Operations Executive. This role combines client relationship management, business expansion planning, and effective problem-solving. The ideal candidate will be proactive, analytical, and solutions-oriented, with a strong ability to manage client needs while driving growth strategies.    

Key responsibilities:

A. Account management:
1.  Manage and nurture key client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
2. Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts. 
3. Track client performance metrics and needs; coordinate with internal teams for smooth service delivery.
4.  Prepare and present regular account reviews and performance reports.

B. Business expansion & strategy:
1. Identify and evaluate potential growth markets, channels, and opportunities.
2. Support the development of go-to-market strategies for new products, services, or regions.
3. Conduct market and competitor research to support strategic decisions.
4. Collaborate with leadership on key business development initiatives.

C. Problem solving & cross-functional collaboration:
1. Resolve client concerns quickly by liaising with relevant internal teams.
2. Identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies and propose actionable solutions.
3. Collaborate with sales, operations, and product teams to improve workflows and client experience.
