About the Job
Key Responsibilities:1. Sell life insurance products and achieve monthly or quarterly targets
2. Identify and pursue potential customers through cold calling, referrals, and campaigns
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat and referral business
4. Explain insurance plans clearly to customers based on their financial needs
5. Ensure accurate and complete documentation in line with company and IRDAI norms
6. Provide post-sale support including claims assistance and policy servicing
7. Recruit, train, and motivate agents or advisors
8. Monitor agent performance and support business growth
9. Work from assigned bank branches
10. Coordinate with bank staff to generate insurance leads
11. Conduct joint calls with bank relationship managers
12. Handle walk-in, online, or telephonic leads
13. Conduct field visits for in-person sales if applicable
14. Use digital tools or CRM platforms to track and manage leads
