Are you a dynamic individual with a passion for education and a knack for effective communication and negotiation? The Future University is looking for a Bootcamp Operations Associate to join our team and help drive sales and operations for our innovative bootcamp programs.Key Responsibilities:
1. Communicate with prospective students to provide information about our bootcamp programs and assist with the enrollment process
2. Develop and maintain relationships with enrolled students to drive sales and increase program visibility
3. Track and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
4. Provide excellent customer service to current and prospective students to ensure a positive experience throughout their bootcamp journey
5. Handle incoming calls, resolve client concerns promptly, and provide regular updates.
