About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Coordinate with tech and product teams to ensure timely and accurate development of business requirements
2. Work closely with department heads to understand existing workflows and identify automation opportunities
3. Draft and manage detailed business requirement documents, use cases, and process flows
4. Participate in user acceptance testing, track bugs, and ensure final implementation aligns with business goals
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline communication between business and tech
6. Identify inefficiencies and propose data-driven solutions to optimize internal operations
7. Regularly follow up on tech development timelines, progress, and bottlenecks
8. Support the creation of dashboards and MIS reports for better tracking and decision-making
Requirements:
1. Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills
2. Show excellent written and verbal communication
3. Simplify complex processes and map them clearly
4. Draft business requirement documents and workflows and coordinate with tech teams
5. Have knowledge of automation tools or no-code platforms (preferred)
6. Exhibit strong project management and follow-up skills
7. Maintain high attention to detail and multitasking ability
8. Hold a bachelor’s degree in business administration, IT, engineering, or a related field
9. Possess 0-1 years of relevant experience as a business analyst, preferably in a tech-driven or insurance company
