About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Develop and execute B2C user acquisition, conversion, and retention strategies
2. Manage sales pipelines and digital funnels (social media, WhatsApp, referrals, and performance marketing)
3. Source, qualify, and convert new leads into active investors
4. Build long-term investor relationships (repeat business, referrals)
5. Achieve monthly/quarterly GTV and revenue targets for the B2C vertical
6. Conduct market/competitor analysis to refine acquisition/retention tactics
7. Address investor objections confidently and build platform trust
