About the Job
Key Responsibilities:1. Conduct end-to-end sales of vacant and new properties through leads assigned in CRM
2. Generating and Conducting Site Visits of interested clients to relevant
3. properties
4. Managing negotiations with Buyers and ensuring deal closures
5. Achieving the target of 5 to 6 prospective site visits every week
Compensation, perks and benefits:
1. Uncapped Incentives based on sales performance (INR 35K plus per month on
2. achieving bare minimum targets & 1L plus for consistent performers)
3. Earn a 10% salary hike on target-based auto-appraisals and promotion every 3 months
4. Avg 1 deal/month
5. CTC – 3 to 6 lakh fixed (experienced only)
6. 5-day work week
7. Earn ESOPs on every deal closed
8. Upon achieving 6+ deals, you will be eligible to manage teams
9. International opportunities based on performance and tenure
10. Earn 40% Incentives upon overachieving base targets
