About the Job
Required skills:Should have team handling experience in the education domain.
Should have excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Will be responsible for handling a team of education counsellors.
Responsible for building and managing a healthy relationship with clients.
Will be responsible for handling day-to-day productivity reports.
Key responsibilities:
1. Close sales and achieve monthly quotas
2. Use database, CRM, or other software to track progress with new prospects
3. Report weekly sales goals and objectives to Managers
4. Maintain contact with existing clients to make sure they are satisfied
5. Ability to take challenges and work in a target driven and result oriented environment.
6. Develop new customers by finding new ways to reach them, asking for referrals, giving satisfying answers to customers, creating trust, and leading by values of the company.
7. Ensure that client requests are handled timely and accurately.
8. Maintain up-to-date knowledge about company products and services.
9. Preparing & sharing the reports on time Can lead a team
Skills:
Can lead a team of Counsellors
Must be quick, energetic, willing to learn and deliver the objective of the company
Ability to communicate and negotiate with clients
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Good interpersonal skills.
