About the Job
We are looking for a smart and energetic Business Development Executive to manage and convert inbound leads generated through our IT service-based website. The role involves understanding client needs, presenting customized IT solutions, and driving business growth through calls, virtual meetings, and professional presentations.Key Responsibilities:
-Lead Management: Respond to inbound inquiries and leads generated from our website and digital campaigns in a timely and professional manner.
-Requirement Gathering: Connect with potential clients via phone calls and virtual meetings (Google Meet/Zoom) to deeply understand their business needs and IT requirements.
-Product Demonstrations: Prepare and deliver tailored presentations to explain our solutions and how they align with the client’s business objectives.
-Follow-ups & Conversions: Build trust through consistent communication and convert prospects into long-term clients.
-CRM Updates: Maintain detailed records of interactions, progress, and outcomes in the CRM for tracking and reporting purposes.
-Collaboration: Work closely with the technical, pre-sales, and project management teams to ensure alignment and accuracy in the solutions offered.
-Target Achievement: Meet or exceed assigned sales targets, conversion rates, and performance KPIs.

-Confidence in conducting virtual meetings and giving impactful presentations.
-Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
-Comfortable using tools like Google Workspace, Zoom, and CRM software.
