About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Build and nurture a strong community of users, ambassadors, and partners through both online and offline engagement.
2. Drive sales and outreach to corporates, SaaS platforms, and other potential partners through email, LinkedIn, and cold calls.
3. Manage end-to-end B2B2C onboarding and provide post-onboarding support.
4. Handle customer queries and ensure timely, professional communication.
5. Manage Twitter and Threads accounts with engaging and consistent content.
6. Help come up with ideas for videos and be part of the planning and shooting process for social media platforms.
