Key responsibilities:1. Partner Onboarding – Source, approach, and onboard partners specifically for the Insta Help category
2. High Ownership – Take full responsibility for assigned tasks and drive outcomes independently
3. Outbound Calling – Make a high volume of calls for partner engagement, onboarding, and follow-ups
4. Training & Performance Management – Train new partners and monitor their performance to ensure quality service delivery
5. Supply & Fulfillment Tracking – Monitor supply availability and ensure timely service fulfillment
6. Relationship Management – Build strong relationships with partners and handle escalations effectively
