Position Purpose/Summary: This role focuses on ensuring customer success and meeting admission targets by counseling prospective students, managing objections, and guiding them through the enrollment process. Responsibilities include coordinating the student journey, providing personalized career guidance.Position Overview: As an Executive, you'll ensure customer success and achieve admission targets by counseling prospective students, handling objections, and coordinating the student journey. You'll provide personalized career guidance, update CRM software, and meet revenue and enrollment targets.

A. Empowering Futures:
1. Be the guiding light in selling cutting-edge courses through outbound, inbound, and online processes.
2. Achieve not just sales targets but milestones in shaping the educational journey of learners.
3. Customer Success: Achieve allocated admission targets. Counseling Students and Stakeholders about our courses and the competition exams landscape.
4. Providing in-depth information to prospective learners, this includes counseling through phone, email, chat, and social media.
B. Building Connections:
1. Coordinating student journey, championing the entire student cycle: Prospecting, Counseling, Admission, Orientation, Support.
2. Identify golden opportunities within our existing learner community to fuel the growth of our sales pipeline.
3. Your excellent interpersonal and communication skills will be the key to establishing lasting connections with our clients.
D. Daily Triumphs:
1. Connect with over 150 potential learners daily – each one a chance to make a difference.
2. Providing in-depth information to prospective learners, this includes counselling through phone, email, chat, and social media.
3. As a self-motivated and organized individual, you'll effortlessly manage a high volume of customer interactions
4. Details about lead discussions & conversion should be updated in real-time on CRM software.
5. Meet and overachieve the given weekly, monthly, and quarterly targets in terms of revenue as well as the number of enrolments.

J. Maintain effective communication till the time the learner is on board

M. Responsible for adherence to the inside sales process, tools, and data management.
