About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Achieve growth and meet sales targets (revenue and gross profit) for the assigned region, quarter-over-quarter and year-over-year
2. Reach out to the targeted customer base as per the company’s business development strategy
3. Build contacts with potential clients and create new business opportunities
4. Create and maintain a prospective client database and stay in regular touch with them
5. Collaborate with the inside sales team to generate leads, build funnels, and convert them into orders
6. Make cold calls to generate new business leads
7. Proactively explore new business development opportunities and partnering options to acquire new business and customers
8. Develop and maintain client relationships by being service-oriented, friendly, helpful, and courteous
9. Build and promote strong, long-term relationships with end customers, OEMs, and partners
10. Work with cross-functional teams (Technology, Inside Sales) to ensure strategic alignment across all verticals
11. Coordinate with presales, project delivery, and customer support teams to ensure timely project delivery
12. Accurately prepare and provide daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports to senior management
13. Track sales activities and generate reports for use in strategic decision-making by senior sales management

2. Be target-driven and motivated by sales numbers
Soft Skills Required:
1. Demonstrate outstanding negotiation and communication skills
2. Understand business policies and prepare professional reports and presentations
3. Show ability to recruit, train, coach, and mentor the right team
4. Possess strong people management skills
5. BBA or MBA in marketing or business administration
Work Timings: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
