About the Job
Defenzelite is an IT solutions company specializing in AI, automation, and software development. We’re looking for a result-driven Business Development Executive to generate and qualify leads through targeted digital marketing and proactive outreach.Note:
1. Provisional Period: 90 Days
2. Notice Period: 4 Months (Mandatory)
Key Responsibilities:
1. Plan and execute lead generation campaigns via Google Ads & Facebook Ads.
2. Identify and bid on relevant projects through freelance & B2B portals.
3. Conduct cold emailing campaigns to targeted prospects.
4. Screen inbound and outbound calls to qualify potential clients.
5. Nurture leads through structured follow-ups until a Google Meet is scheduled.
6. Maintain accurate CRM records of leads, communication, and deal progress.
7. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine targeting and pitch strategies.
Requirements:
1. 0–2 years of experience in digital lead generation or sales (freshers with strong skills may apply).
2. Knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, bidding platforms, and cold outreach tools.
3. Strong communication and persuasion skills.
4. Ability to handle multiple leads and prioritize effectively.
5. Familiarity with CRM tools (preferred).
