About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Identify, prospect, and acquire new B2B clients
2. Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to post-sales support
3. Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
4. Identify new market opportunities and industries for expansion
5. Develop strategic partnerships to enhance business growth
6. Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer needs
7. Develop customized solutions based on client requirements
8. Address customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions
9. Collaborate with internal teams (product, support, and finance) to ensure seamless execution of deals
10. Travel to different locations for client meetings, product demonstrations, and business development activities
11. Attend industry conferences, exhibitions, and networking events to generate leads
Requirements:
1. Hold an MBA in Sales or Marketing (mandatory) and a degree in Mechanical Engineering (preferred)
2. Possess excellent communication and negotiation skills
3. Analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly
4. Understand sales techniques and CRM tools
5. Be result-oriented and self-motivated
6. Be willing to travel extensively for business purposes
