About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Client Acquisition and Business Development: o Identify and connect with potential clients to understand their property rental and leasing needs.
Generate leads through networking, referrals, and market research.
Execute strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
2. Client Relationship Management: o Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners and tenants.
Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
3. Sales Process Management: o Conduct property showings and presentations to potential tenants.
Negotiate lease agreements and assist in closing deals efficiently.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and property management services.
4. Market Awareness: o Stay informed about market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
Share insights with the team to improve sales strategies and processes.
5. Reporting and Documentation: o Maintain accurate records of client interactions, leads, and sales in the CRM system.
Prepare regular sales updates and performance reports for management review.
