About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Speak to qualified inbound leads and understand their insurance needs
2. Educate prospects on various health and life insurance options
3. Assist customers in comparing plans and selecting the most suitable product
4. Build strong product knowledge across multiple insurers
5. Provide an excellent advisory experience focused on trust and clarity
6. Maintain CRM hygiene and follow up on leads effectively
7. Collaborate with internal teams (underwriting, claims, operations) to ensure seamless customer experience
8. Share feedback with product and marketing teams to improve lead quality and conversion
Requirements:
1. Demonstrate strong understanding of health and life insurance products (preferred)
2. Exhibit excellent communication and consultative selling skills
3. Show empathy and a customer-first mindset
4. Possess experience using MS Excel (preferred)
5. Hold IRDA certification (preferred but not mandatory at the time of joining)
