About the Job
Quick Ride is India's largest carpooling/bikepooling app operating in 9 cities. Through carpooling, Quick Ride helps reduce traffic, save the environment, and help colleagues with a comfortable and secure ride.Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Implement sales techniques to promote carpooling
2. Work on understand the features of the application and learn the ability to highlight them to customers
3. Work on understand the target driven result and exceed them
4. Promote green commuting and the environmental benefits of a quick ride
5. Follow the 7-step process of quick ride for customer onboarding
6. Identify and implement opportunities for visibility of quick ride at campaign location
7. Participate in campaigns for carpool and taxi
8. Work on understand customer pain point and get them implemented through product team
9. Innovate the product through experience and improve it based on the observations, learning and difficulties faced by the users
10. Provide reports on the daily status
