About the Job
Key Responsibilities:1. Generate funds for WWF India from individual donors
2. Manage and develop a long-term relationship with the donor and upgrade them up the donor pyramid
3. Meet a minimum of 150 prospects per day and present the work of WWF India to at least 30 of them
4. Perform any other task reasonably requested by the organization
5. Attend all training sessions, learn systems, and implement them in the field
6. Ensure the right facts are presented to prospects to uplift the brand image of WWF India
7. Help the team leader and manager maintain a positive team environment and avoid conflicts at work
