Key responsibilities:1. Manage and nurture relationships with affiliate partners to maximize performance and ROI
2. Monitor campaign KPIs, generate performance reports, and recommend optimizations
3. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and tech to support client needs
4. Launch and scale affiliate marketing campaigns with a focus on user acquisition and engagement
5. Identify new partnership opportunities and strategic growth initiatives
6. Resolve partner issues and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
7. Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and best practices in affiliate marketing
Requirements:
1. Demonstrate proven experience in affiliate marketing, account management, or sales
2. Exhibit excellent communication and relationship-building skills
3. Possess strong grasp of digital marketing channels including performance-based marketing
4. Apply analytical mindset to interpret data and translate insights into strategy
5. Display strong problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking abilities
6. Work comfortably in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
7. Hold a bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field
8. Bring experience in the technology, telecom, or mobile apps sector as a strong advantage
