Key responsibilities:1. Identify and source data for potential clients
2. Manage and qualify leads from LinkedIn and other relevant platforms
3. Maintain ongoing communication with clients for servicing and follow-ups
4. Collaborate with internal teams to align client requirements with project deliverables
5. Maintain detailed records of leads, client interactions, and pipelines using Excel or CRM systems
Requirements:
1. Possess a minimum of 1 year of experience in business development or a similar role
2. Preferably come from the IT, digital, or creative industry
3. Demonstrate proficiency in tools like LinkedIn, Excel, and basic CRM systems
4. Communicate fluently in spoken and written English
5. Apply strong follow-up, reporting, and relationship-building skills
