About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Founder Support & Coordination:
a. Assist in daily planning, reminders & action items
b. Maintain Google Sheets for leads, updates, and follow-ups
2. Business Process Improvement:
a. Identify bottlenecks & suggest better tools/processes
b. Take ownership of small operations/projects
c. Regular reporting to the founder
3. Improve Digital Presence:
a. Help manage social media (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.)
b. Assist in content planning + basic posting/replies
c. Coordinate with designer/freelancer if needed
4. Basic Market & Competitor Research:
a. Prepare research notes or summaries
b. Collect insights on trends, new tools, or marketing ideas
5 Documentation & Process Tracking
a. Prepare proposal drafts, pitch decks, email templates
b. Maintain records of conversations, minutes, updates
6 Vendor & Partner Communication (if required)
a. Reach out for software demos, partnerships, hiring support etc.
