About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Conduct outbound and inbound calls to prospective students and parents
2. Explain course offerings clearly and convincingly
3. Identify customer needs and suggest the most suitable plans
4. Follow up with leads via phone, WhatsApp, and email
5. Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets
6. Maintain lead data and call notes in CRM tools
7. Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams for lead nurturing
Requirements:
1. Have a minimum 6 months of telesales or inside sales experience
2. Possess prior experience in EdTech or education services as a strong plus
3. Demonstrate good English communication skills, spoken and written
4. Show strong convincing and interpersonal abilities
5. Have basic computer knowledge
6. Maintain a target-driven and self-motivated attitude
7. Work under pressure and adapt quickly
