About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market penetration and drive sustained revenue growth within the hair extension segment
2. Identify and acquire new business leads: Connect with salons, beauty supply stores, stylists, and distributors to expand Hairarchy’s presence
3. Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring exceptional service and client satisfaction
4. Conduct product demos and educational seminars to inform prospects and partners about Hairarchy’s offerings, benefits, and latest trends
5. Monitor market trends and competitor activities; suggest strategies to keep Hairarchy ahead in the industry
6. Negotiate sales contracts and agreements, ensuring all legal, pricing, and quality standards are met
7. Attend industry events and trade shows to represent the brand, generate leads, and enhance networking
8. Provide after-sales support and foster long-term client loyalty
9. Collaborate with the marketing team to implement campaigns, promotions, and digital strategies
10. Track and report performance metrics such as sales targets, lead conversion rates, and customer feedback
