About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Identify and engage new business opportunities through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and networking
2. Schedule and conduct in-person or virtual meetings with HR heads, procurement teams, and decision-makers to pitch gifting solutions
3. Understand client needs, recommend suitable products like onboarding kits and hampers, negotiate pricing, and close deals efficiently
4. Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
5. Conduct market research to stay informed on gifting trends, festive campaigns, and competitor offerings
6. Share market insights to refine product offerings and enhance sales strategies
7. Collaborate with the design and operations teams to ensure timely deliveries, customization, and high-quality execution
