About the Job
Key Responsibilities:A. Flight Booking & Ticket Issuance
1. Book domestic and international flight tickets for individual and group travelers.
2. Ensure accurate issuance, reissuance, and cancellation of tickets.
B. Fare Calculation & Routing
1. Identify the most cost-effective flight routes and fares.
2. Apply best fare rules, discounts, and offers where applicable.
3. Advise clients on travel options, fare types, and airline policies.
C. Customer Service
1. Handle customer queries through calls, emails, or in person.
2. Provide support with flight changes, rescheduling, refunds, or cancellations.
3. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and timely resolution of issues.
D. Documentation & Compliance
1. Verify travel documents (passport, visa, insurance) and ensure compliance with airline/immigration policies.
2. Maintain proper records of bookings, invoices, and correspondence.
E. Coordination & Follow-up
1. Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and travel partners to confirm bookings.
2. Send timely reminders and itinerary details to clients.
3. Follow up for payments and confirmations.
F. Reporting & MIS
1. Generate daily/weekly reports for booked/cancelled tickets.
2. Track sales, refunds, and service charges for accounting and audit purposes.
G. Emergency Support
1. Provide after-hours or emergency travel assistance if required.
2. Handle last-minute bookings and travel disruptions efficiently.
H. Up-selling & Cross-selling
Promote add-on services like travel insurance, seat upgrades, meals, and hotel bookings.
