About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Identify potential clients, qualify leads, and turn them into long-term partnerships
2. Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive consistent revenue growth
3. Build and nurture strong relationships with architects, real estate developers, and high-net-worth individuals (HNIs)
4. Leverage strong persuasion and negotiation skills to close deals and consistently exceed sales targets
5. Identify and explore new business opportunities and partnerships to position AffluenceArt as a leader in the luxury interiors market
6. Monitor key sales metrics and continuously optimize sales strategies for better results
Requirements:
1. Hold a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, architecture, or a related field
2. Possess experience in business development, preferably in construction, interiors, or real estate
3. Demonstrate excellent communication and negotiation skills
4. Show strong understanding of the interior design and construction industry
5. Be proficient in CRM software and reporting tools
6. Exhibit aesthetic sensibility and interest in design, materials, and architectural trends
