Kapil Knowledge Hub (Teks Academy) is on the lookout for a passionate and target-driven Business Development Executive (Inside-Sales) to join our growing team. In this role, you'll act as the crucial link between partnered colleges and our training academy, helping students make informed career decisions while boosting course enrollments.Key responsibilities:
1. Identify and explore new business opportunities with B2C learners.
2. Promote IT certification programs to colleges, corporate HRs, and professionals.
3. Build and nurture strong client and college relationships.
4. Counsel students and drive admissions into our training programs.
5. Represent the company at webinars, campus events, and professional meetups.
6. Track KPIs, provide market feedback, and report progress to the Business Development Manager.
7. Collaborate with internal teams (marketing/product) to refine pitches for various audiences.
8. Willingness to travel for college drives, events, and seminars.
