About the Job
Key Responsibilities:1. Consultative Selling: Engage with potential students via inbound and outbound calls to understand their career goals and recommend suitable courses accordingly.
2. Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets through lead conversion and high-quality counselling.
3. Lead Management: Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, and CRM tools to ensure maximum conversion and engagement.
4. Pipeline Ownership: Maintain an active sales funnel, track student interactions, and ensure timely follow-ups to drive closures.
5. Revenue Handling: Ensure accurate collection and recording of fees, manage payment plans, and support timely financial transactions.
6. Sales Documentation: Create and update student records, sales documentation, and performance reports in CRM/ERP systems.
7. Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with students, faculty, and parents to ensure a smooth onboarding experience and resolve any pre-enrollment queries.
8. Product Knowledge: Maintain strong knowledge of all course offerings and promotions to effectively pitch and upsell.
9. Student Experience: Deliver a high-touch, professional, and responsive experience from first contact to final enrollment.
