Job Title: Business Development Executive – Full TimeWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in IT inside sales. You will play a key role in driving business growth, acquiring new clients, and maintaining strong client relationships. This is a performance-driven role with strong growth potential for individuals who are proactive and goal-oriented.
Responsibilities:
1. Identify and pursue qualified business leads through research, outreach, and networking.
2. Generate leads via professional communication channels including calls, emails, and digital platforms.
3. Create and deliver customized proposals, pitch presentations, and client documentation.
4. Schedule client meetings, perform regular follow-ups, and close deals effectively.
5. Manage CRM and lead tracking systems with accuracy and discipline.
6. Work with internal teams to align client requirements with business offerings.
7. Stay updated on industry trends, market shifts, and competitor activities.
8. Represent the company in a professional and persuasive manner during all client interactions.
Qualification/Skills:
1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
2. Minimum 1 year of experience in IT inside sales or business development.
3. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
4. Experience or knowledge in the following areas is highly desirable: Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Inside Sales, Business Development, Effective Communication, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), and Market Research
5. Proficient in MS Office tools; hands-on experience with CRM tools is an advantage.
6. Self-driven, target-focused, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
