Key Responsibilities:1. Identify and generate new leads through outbound outreach, cold calling, networking, and field visits
2. Manage and nurture leads through calls, follow-ups, and CRM systems
3. Negotiate with prospects, present services effectively, and close deals
4. Collaborate with internal teams (creative, scriptwriting, advertising) to align deliverables with client expectations
5. Maintain long-term relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals
6. Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets
7. Provide regular performance updates and insights to the leadership team
