Shri Genesis Software Solutions is seeking a proactive Business Analyst (BA) with 1-2 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, preparing key documentation, and maintaining client relationships to drive business growth.Key Responsibilities:
A. Pre-Sales:
1. ● Utilize bidding portals like Freelancer, Upwork, and other platforms to explore and acquire new business opportunities.
2. ● Leverage LinkedIn Sales Navigator for effective prospecting and lead generation.
3. ● Schedule and conduct impactful meetings with potential clients to showcase our services.
4. ● Collaborate with the sales team to develop customized proposals for clients.
B. Post-Sales:
1. ● Prepare detailed documentation, including BRD, SRS, and FRS.
2. ● Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring consistent engagement and long-term partnerships.
3. ● Act as a bridge between the development team and clients to ensure accurate and timely delivery of solutions.
4. ● Recommend innovative sales strategies to drive growth and expand market reach.
