Key responsibilities:1. Lead generation & prospecting: Identify potential clients through networking, cold calling, digital marketing, and referrals.

3. Site visits & presentations: Conduct property site visits, showcase features, and explain pricing and payment plans.
4. Sales negotiation & closure: Negotiate deals, prepare necessary documentation, and ensure smooth transactions.
5. Market research: Stay updated on real estate trends, property values, and competitor activities.
6. Relationship management: Maintain relationships with clients for referrals and repeat business.
7. Coordination with other departments: Work closely with marketing, legal, and finance teams to facilitate the sales process.
