Key responsibilities:1. Research and recommend prospects for new business opportunities
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients
3. Stay updated with industry trends and competitors to identify improvement plans for lead conversion
4. Collect and analyze client and candidate information to prepare data for portal management
5. Generate potential leads and achieve daily targets for hot leads
6. Use MS Excel and portals efficiently at a functional level
7. Demonstrate strong communication and drafting skills
8. Visit client sites for discussions required to close leads
9. Possess mandatory skills and qualifications relevant to the business development executive role
10. Prefer male candidates for this position
