About the Job
We are seeking a proactive and goal-oriented business development executive (BDE) – IT Services with a focus on B2B sales to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying, qualifying, and securing new B2B clients for our IT solutions and services. You will play a key role in building strong relationships with decision-makers, understanding their IT needs, and positioning our services as the right solution. This role demands a strong understanding of the IT services landscape, consultative selling skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.Key Responsibilities:
A. Identify and develop new business opportunities:
1. Prospect potential B2B clients through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, industry events, and referrals
2. Conduct market research to identify decision-makers and industry trends in IT services
B. Lead generation & qualification:
1. Generate high-quality leads and qualify them based on business potential and service alignment
2. Maintain and update the CRM with accurate, timely information on leads, prospects, and customer interactions
C. Client engagement & consultative selling:
1. Understand technical and business challenges of prospects and position tailored IT solutions
2. Prepare and deliver customized sales presentations and proposals to CXOs, IT managers, and other stakeholders
D. Sales conversion & account growth:
1. Negotiate and close deals aligned with company pricing and services
2. Coordinate with delivery and pre-sales teams for smooth client onboarding
3. Build and maintain long-term client relationships for upselling, cross-selling, and renewals
E. Sales target achievement:
1. Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
2. Track key performance metrics like sales cycle, conversion rates, and client retention
F. Industry & product knowledge:
1. Stay updated on IT service trends and competitor offerings
2. Continuously enhance understanding of the company’s services and differentiators
G. Collaboration & reporting:
1. Collaborate with marketing, technical, and account teams to align strategies
2. Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for management review
