3. Building and maintaining relationships with authors, literary agents, and industry professionals
4. Identifying market trends and commissioning books or content accordingly
5. Reviewing and assessing manuscript submissions for quality and market potential
6. Overseeing the book's journey from acquisition to publication
7. Working closely with the editorial team to maintain brand voice and consistency across all platforms
