About the Job
Role Overview:As a Customer Success Executive, you will manage the end-to-end sales cycle for Keep in Touch App. Your role will involve identifying potential clients, handling on-field and off-field sales activities, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
Key responsibilities:
1. Identify and connect with exhibitors and businesses that benefit from the Keep in Touch app.
2. Attend exhibitions and client meetings to demonstrate the product.
3. Conduct online and offline sales presentations.
4. Manage lead conversion, follow-ups, and customer onboarding.
5. Coordinate with internal teams for seamless CRM integrations.
6. Track sales performance and provide client feedback for improvements.
7. Receive full training, ongoing support, and handholding to ensure success in your role.
