About the Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Connect with your account manager on a daily basis to keep in check with the potential client list and meetings for the day
2. Accompany your account manager in client meetings in order to understand the client's requirements and scope of work
3. Articulate them in the form of a proposal and the road map for execution of the project plan
4. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
5. Ensure systematic documentation and clear communication of client briefs to the content management team
6. Ensure briefs are clear, concise, and add value to the approach and quality
7. Connect with the client to provide them a walkthrough of the proposal, the aligned CMT, and the expected timelines for execution
8. Work closely with the content team to match the deliverables and to ensure good quality & TAT
9. Make sure your project's processes are aligned with the client's vision and the team is working and delivering as per the client's expectations
10. Respond to complaints and resolve issues to the customer's satisfaction and to maintain the company's reputation
11. Remain in regular contact with your clients to understand and meet their needs.
12. Report and record all activities in a web-based CRM system
13. Present a detailed report on the ongoing accounts to the account manager on a weekly basis
14. Review new technologies and brand-building strategies to keep the company afloat in digital marketing trends
15. Exchange thoughts and ideas based on certain new projects catered and strategies implemented during the weekly sessions with the team
16. Use CRM to manage all your accounts and client pipeline
