About the Job
Key Responsibilities:1. Client acquisition: Proactively identify, pitch, and close sponsorships, retainer partnerships, and paid brand content agreements to build a robust client portfolio.
2. Revenue strategy development: Innovate and implement novel monetization approaches, including premium video content, gated newsletters, exclusive closed-door events, and developer startup showcases, extending beyond conventional models.
3. Pitching and proposal creation: Partner with the founder and creative team to design compelling proposals and presentations that facilitate high conversion rates.
4. Pipeline and target management: Cultivate a streamlined opportunity pipeline while meeting monthly revenue objectives in areas such as events, podcasts, media, and content retainers.
5. Market intelligence: Conduct ongoing analysis of developer marketing trends, industry challenges, and competitive monetization strategies to inform proactive decision-making.
6. Client relationship management: Establish and nurture enduring client relationships, serving as the principal liaison for RealtyNXT and NXT BrandWorks engagements.
