About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Identify and research potential clients including EdTech companies, schools, publishers, coaching centers, and corporates
2. Generate new business leads through email campaigns, cold calling, LinkedIn networking, and attending industry events
3. Understand client requirements related to content creation for K12, higher education, and vocational training
4. Pitch customized content development services such as eLearning videos, curriculum design, and instructional design
5. Conduct virtual or in-person presentations and product demos for decision-makers
6. Collaborate with internal teams including content, design, and project managers to create proposals and quotations
7. Handle negotiations and close deals while ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction
8. Stay updated on EdTech trends, digital learning formats, and competitors' offerings
9. Share client feedback with internal teams to align services with market demand
10. Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to the leadership team
Requirements:
1. Hold a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, education, or a related field
2. Possess 0–6 months of experience in B2B sales, preferably in EdTech, eLearning, or content services
3. Demonstrate strong understanding of educational content formats and digital learning trends
4. Exhibit excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
5. Understand client requirements and translate them into creative solutions
6. Be proficient in using CRM software and MS Office tools
