About the Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Generate new business opportunities and leads.
2. Prepare pitch presentations and update the company profile as required.
3. Take clear and detailed briefs from the Business Development team.
4. Service clients effectively while maintaining and nurturing strategic relationships to secure repeat business, referrals, and achieve a 99% client retention rate year-on-year.
5. Organize brainstorming sessions with the Operations and Concept teams to explore new technologies and incorporate realistic approaches into client presentations.
6. Coordinate internally with the Business Development, Operations, and Creative teams for briefs, costing, and design requirements.
7. Prepare and submit pre- and post-event P&L reports to the management and accounts department.
8. Review costings from the Operations team to ensure adherence to approved budgets.
9. Ensure timely execution of event setups in line with client expectations and timelines.
10. Oversee the smooth execution of events/activities and proactively manage any potential issues.
11. In case of any issues, promptly communicate complete event details to management before the client does.
12. Handle post-event deliverables, such as ensuring the client receives the event/activity CD with photos and videos.
13. Collaborate with the Operations team on venue management and be present onsite during events/activities.
14. Ensure all event-related expenses are cleared by the Operations team within 15 days post-event for proper PO closure with finalized P&L.
15. Follow up on payments and aim to collect within a 45-day cycle post-event/promotion (preferably collect advances when possible).
16. Gather client feedback after each event/activity and work on any identified gaps or fallouts.
17. Conduct internal departmental review meetings at the end of every month to evaluate and analyze all events executed.
18. Provide onboarding and induction support for new team members.
