About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Identify and engage with potential B2B clients, including wedding planners, luxury hotels, event agencies, and designers
2. Develop and execute strategic partnerships to generate high-value wedding photography and film projects
3. Pitch and present premium wedding photography and film services to high-end clientele and corporate partners
4. Achieve and exceed sales targets through lead generation, networking, and relationship management
5. Build and maintain long-term relationships with key industry stakeholders
6. Develop co-branded collaborations, referral programs, and exclusive tie-ups with wedding industry partners
7. Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking meetups to establish brand presence
8. Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and client preferences to refine sales strategies
9. Identify new revenue streams and business opportunities within the wedding and luxury event space
10. Provide insights and feedback to the marketing team for targeted campaigns
11. Work closely with the internal creative team to ensure client expectations are met seamlessly
12. Represent the brand professionally, ensuring a premium and hassle-free experience for all partners
13. Handle negotiations, contracts, and follow-ups to ensure smooth onboarding of B2B clients
Requirements:
1. Experience: 0-1 years in B2B sales/business development, preferably in luxury, media, events, or hospitality
2. Networking Skills: Strong industry connections and the ability to establish meaningful relationships
3. Sales & Negotiation: Proven track record of closing deals and driving revenue growth
4. Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a confident presentation style
5. Process-Driven Approach: Ability to follow structured sales cycles and manage multiple partnerships
6. Passion for Weddings & Luxury Experiences: Understanding of premium wedding aesthetics and client expectations
