About the Job
As a business development executive at Trail Blaze Consulting LLC, you will play a crucial role in driving our company's growth and expansion. We are looking for someone who is proficient in both spoken and written English and who is passionate about building strong relationships with clients and vendors.Key Responsibilities:
1. Research and identify potential US clients & vendors in the IT sector who may require staffing services.
2. Source leads and generate new business opportunities.
3. Work closely with the recruitment team to understand client staffing needs and provide suitable candidates.
4. Ensure a smooth client experience.
5. Initiate contact with prospective US clients & vendors through cold calls, emails, and other communication channels.
6. Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers.
7. Understand US client & vendor requirements and communicate how our staffing solutions can meet their needs.
8. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to track progress towards revenue goals and identify areas for improvement.
