About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Connect with college Training & Placement Officers (TPOs), present RealSkill programs, and build long-term partnerships
2. Guide students on internships, workshops, and course selection based on their interests and career goals
3. Convert leads into sign-ups by clearly communicating program value
4. Track outreach, student progress, and feedback; report weekly metrics to the team
5. Work with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, scheduling, and student support
Requirements
1. Graduate in any discipline (Freshers welcome)
2. Excellent spoken and written English
3. Comfortable with tools like Email, WhatsApp, Google Workspace, and ChatGPT
4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
5. Self-driven with a bias for action—able to handle multiple tasks and conversations at once
6. Willing to travel (if required) for college visits and events
