Key Responsibilities1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound and inbound strategies.
2. Pitch services/solutions to potential clients via calls, emails, and meetings.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
4. Develop customised proposals and close deals based on client needs.
5. Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, design, strategy) to ensure smooth onboarding and execution.
6. Maintain and update CRM tools with accurate lead, deal, and client information.
7. Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
8. Stay updated with industry trends, competition, and best practices.
